Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. UPS, FedEx and USPS orders ship within one business day of payment, often sooner. Shipping is paid by the buyer and shown at checkout.

Combined shipping is available when you buy two or more items. If an item requires truck freight, wait for our invoice before paying so we can quote the freight.

Sales tax

A 6% sales tax applies to orders shipped within Michigan. If your purchase is tax exempt in Michigan, send us a Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption (Form 3372).

Returns

We describe each part as accurately as we can, with its condition and its own photos. If you are not satisfied, contact us about returning it. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The buyer pays return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
